The ever-popular Summer in the Parks Program will return for 2021/2022 and will feature free or low-cost events and activities during the months of December, January and February.
Thanks to City of Greater Bendigo, Fosterville Gold Mine and local community groups and organisations, Bendigo's beautiful parks will come alive with outdoor cinema entertainment, live music from local acts, and community activities and events such as Australia Day celebrations.
Summer in the Parks is the perfect excuse to pack up your family or get a group of friends together and have some fun in our great outdoors.

All events for Summer in the Parks are free or low-cost, no bookings required.
Please also note that all events are alcohol and pet free.
COVID Safe Events
- Stay home if you're unwell and get tested
- QR code on arrival
- Practice good hand hygiene
- Maintain social distancing
- Wear a mask if you can't social distance (12 years and over)
- QR code at the gate
Following recent announcements by the Victorian Government and changes to event restrictions, this event will be open to anyone who would like to attend and patrons will not need to be vaccinated.
However, it is encouraged that patrons check-in to the event via the QR code and the Service Victoria app.
In accordance with COVID-safe event guidelines, all performers and events staff will be fully vaccinated.
